Our Story

Dion Cruz has been part of the insurance industry since he was just 14 years old. Following in his father’s footsteps, he became a licensed agent at 18 and spent years managing and growing agencies while gaining the experience and insight needed to run his own.

Through years of hard work, Dion and his wife, Jennifer, achieved their dream of owning an independent agency, founding Insurance Marketing Group (IMG) on April 16, 2003. That milestone marked the beginning of a journey built on faith, family, and the belief that doing what’s right for the customer is always the best policy.

Over two decades later, the agency has grown into a thriving $6 million organization — powered by a dedicated team and loyal clients. As part of our continued evolution, we are proud to reintroduce ourselves as IMG Insurance — a fresh, refined brand that reflects who we are today: an experienced, locally rooted agency focused on Integrity, Mission, and Guidance.

Our name may be evolving, but our promise remains the same — to do what’s right for every customer, because it’s the right thing to do.
